About ADA Audit Report

Helping small businesses find and fix website accessibility issues before they become expensive.

John Liddy

Founder, ADA Audit Report

I have been running businesses in Los Angeles for nearly four decades. I built Elevation Fitness on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. A gym, pilates studio, pilates teacher training program, and rehabilitation practice all under one roof. At peak we were seeing over 100 clients a day. I managed trainers, a pilates director of education, therapists, front desk staff, insurance, payroll, permits, lease negotiations. The whole operation.

I know what it takes to keep a small business running. I also know what it feels like when an issue you never saw coming lands on your desk. When ADA website lawsuits started hitting businesses that had no idea their sites had accessibility barriers, I recognized the pattern. Good operators getting blindsided by something they did not know to look for.

I built ADA Audit Report because I wanted the tool I wished someone had handed me. Something that tells you where the problems are, shows you exactly how to fix them, and costs less than a single hour of a lawyer's time.

Why This Exists

Over 4,600 ADA website accessibility lawsuits were filed in 2025. The majority targeted businesses with fewer than 50 employees. Not because those businesses were negligent. Because nobody told them their website had issues until a demand letter showed up.

I have been that business owner. The one managing a dozen things at once, trusting that the website your developer built was fine. It usually looks fine. Until you realize a handful of shared templates or components are quietly blocking users with disabilities from completing the things your business depends on.

ADA Audit Report exists to close that gap. Our audit traces each finding to its root cause — the template, component, or design token it came from — and shows you how to fix it at the source. Most sites resolve 70–90% of accessibility issues from a small number of targeted changes. You are fixing systems, not pages.

How The System Fits Together

ADA Audit Report

The one-time evidence-first audit wedge. You get the PDF, the screenshots, the code context, and the prioritized fix plan your developer can use immediately.

Site Clinic

The parent platform at siteclinic.io. It turns monitoring, prioritization, verification, and proof into a recurring system for website visibility and trust.

Site Monitor

The protected operating layer inside Site Clinic. This is where monitoring, diagnosis, verification, proof review, and capability maturation happen before broader public claims are made.

Developer Layers

Perfect Website API and Site Clinic MCP are the public developer and agent layers for capabilities that have actually graduated into stable contracts and safety-reviewed tools.

How We Operate

Helpful, Not Threatening

Our outreach is a courtesy notification. We inform businesses about issues we've found and offer a detailed report if they want it. We never threaten legal action — because we're not lawyers.

Accurate and Actionable

Our reports use the same testing engine (axe-core) trusted by Google, Microsoft, and the U.S. government. Every finding comes with remediation guidance your developer can act on.

Transparent Pricing

One report, one price — $49. No subscriptions, no upsells, no hidden fees. You get a professional PDF you can hand to your developer.

Respect Your Inbox

We comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, our physical address, and a clear identification of who we are. One email, one time.

Our Technology

We use axe-core, the world's most widely used accessibility testing engine, combined with Playwright browser automation to perform deep, multi-page scans of business websites. Our audits test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced by the Department of Justice for ADA web accessibility.

Each report maps violations to specific WCAG success criteria, assigns severity ratings, identifies the exact HTML elements that need fixing, and provides step-by-step remediation guidance. We test for over 40 distinct accessibility criteria across every page we scan.

More of John's Work

ADA Audit Report is one piece of a broader body of work on running small businesses well and living a more present life. If you are here for the audit, you can stop here — these other projects are offered because some readers ask.
